New luxury Villa with large Private Pool

This Villa was completed in 2003 and is fully equipped with all the luxuries you require and is arranged on 2 levels. Upstairs consists of a large living room and dining room, American style kitchen, 2 bedrooms (Double and 2 singles) and a large shower room. Through sliding glass doors there is an attractive covered terrace area with dining table and chairs, with stairs leading down onto the pool level. An internal staircase leads downstairs to a double bedroom with en-suite shower room. This bedroom has patio doors leading to the pool terrace. Outside there is a large area for sunbathing situated around a rectangular pool (8x4 Metres) which has roman steps to enter. Additionally, the pool is floodlit for night use. There is also an external shower with hot and cold water and a separate WC with wash-hand basin. The poolside area has its own dining table and chairs, drinks fridge and a portable gas BBQ. Following the external steps to the lower garden leads to the utility room and rotary dryer. In the lounge there is a wide screen TV with 20 Satellite channels comprising BBC, ITV, CH 4/5, Sky Movies and Sports plus others. There is also a Safe to lock away your valuables.
Further Details:
The Villa sits within a small and very private group of properties that are all new, detached and with their own pools. Some are occupied by the lucky ones who live there the whole year round and the rest of us just wish we could! The villa for us is a family home and is decorated and equipped to that standard. Although it is rented, it is not a 'rental property'. You will find it quiet, even at the height of the season, and there is little passing traffic to disturb you. You can however, find a livelier atmosphere nearby in the local towns. Benitachell itself remains quiet and traditional, apart from the festivals when they let off just as many fireworks as the other towns. There are lots of excellent restaurants to choose from, from the traditional Spanish, to Indian, Chinese, pasta/pizza even an English Carvery for €7 head (Does a good trade and its less hassle than doing the dishes). There are some classy restaurants as well especially near the marina in Moraira.
Rental Details
Rentals rates include being met at the villa, a Welcome Introduction a 'Welcome Pack' of initial essentials to get you started, weekly sheet change and cleaning at the end of your stay. Towels are provided for the bathrooms and the pool area. Clients will have to bring their own Beach Towels. A 30% deposit is required on booking and the full amount is to be paid no later than 8 weeks before departure. At this point a £150 Bond against accidental damage will be required in the form of a cheque. This will be returned immediately after cleaning and an inventory check has been carried out. Air Conditioning is available in all bedrooms at an additional cost of £20 per week. Rentals are normally Saturday to Saturday and for a minimum period of 7 days. This can be flexible outside of peak periods and will depend on availability and the discretion of the owner. The Villa has under floor heating and is available throughout the year. Ideal for golfers, Javea Golf Course can be seen from the balcony!
