The villa is in an excellent location facing the Bernia Mountains and Montgo, on a hillside near the village of Benitachell, with absolutely stunning views to the south and west you can witness the most beautiful scenery and magnificent sunsets. With views of the sea to the North you are only 10 mins drive from the lovely town of Javea and its safe beach. The local village of Benitachell which has a supermarket and other shops including a butchers, fishmonger and bakery and several excellent restaurants, one of which 'Montevideo' is on the way to the Village.

Javea & Moraira both boast beautiful coastlines, spectacular mountain ranges and relatively unspoilt and quiet ambience. Moraira lies in a bay, it offers a wide variety of sandy beaches, shops & restaurants along with historic buildings. Javea is an historic town with white house fronts and cobbled streets, the traditional fishing port has its own Marina and clean pebble beaches. The local beach at the ‘Arenal’ south of JAVEA port is only 10 mins drive away, is an European Community (EU) rated 'Blue Flag' beach and has the added safety of a Red Cross Patrol during the summer. The 'Arenal' is the bustling heart of the area with beautiful sandy beaches and a promenade of shops, bars & restaurants offering a variety of entertainment.

The Villa is less than one hour away by Car from Benidorm which has many attractions for all ages, including 'Mundomar' an Animal Water Park, 'Aqualandia' a theme swimming park and 'Terra Mitica' a large fun park, boasting some of the largest rides in Europe. The beautiful historic Village of Guadalest set in the mountains is a place not to be missed by the visitor along with the 'Waterfalls of Algar', other closer nearby towns include Denia with daily trips to the Balearic Islands, Calpe with its historic 'Calpe Rock' jutting out from the sea, Benissa and Teulada. Approximately 20 mins drive inland takes you into the beautiful Jalon and Orba valleys. The Jalon region is internationally renowned for the production of excellent table wines.

The Villa is ideally situated for golf as there are several Golf Courses within 20min drive from the Villa. The closest of which is the Javea course which can be seen from the terrace of the Villa. There is a championship course 15 min drive away called La Sella, par 72, 6289 yds which is very popular despite the cost of €70 for 18 holes and the need to book in advance. Green Fees at other courses largely depend on the quality of the course and start from €35. A Half hour drive to the north is the Oliva Nova Golf Club which was designed by Seve Ballesteros, 18 holes 7051yds .
